I was looking at five to six websites multiple times a day trying to find a house in my price range. However, the houses that caught my wife's and mine eyes were sold the same day they went on the market. Primarily, we were looking in the Bowling Green area but after some debate, we searched in the outlying areas of Scottsville and Franklin. It was during a showing in Scottsville that a house, previously under-contract, came back on the market in Franklin. Barbara was willing to drive all the way from Scottsville to Franklin to show us the house. We put a bid in for the house only to find out someone else did as well. It was due to Barbara's assistance, her experience and familiarity with the local sales agent as well as our mortgage type (BBT 3% Conventional), that we were able to get the house. On top of all that, they are personable. They tried their best to make things easier on their clients. For example, for the previously mentioned house, e-signature was implemented for the paper to speed-up processing, time was of the essence. Also, when trying to relay earnest money and the like, they would meet at a location convenient to me and always offered to do so. Currently, my wife and I are still settling in our new home, hopefully for the next several years; but if we need to move again, I look forward to working with Joe and Barbara once again.
